RETURNS

- Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. 

- All sale items are FINAL sale! 

- If you wish to return an item, we are not responsible for shipping charges or a shipping label for sending the item back.

- Upon receiving your return, you will be issued a store credit gift card. 

- If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue a store credit gift card for you to re purchase the size needed. 

- If item(s) are damaged upon arrival, please email us and we can work together to resolve the issue.

- Returns are processed on Thursdays only. 

- Please note, we have the right to refuse any return that is sent back to us.

SHIPPING

- Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. This excludes preorders and items that have an otherwise stated ship time. 

- Please understand that we are not responsible for packages that do not have insurance on them. We offer package insurance through Route that can be purchased at the time of checkout. If you do not purchase the insurance, we are not responsible if your packages gets lost in transit, or stolen. 
If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim through Route. If you did not purchase Route at checkout, unfortunately we are not responsible. It will be up to you to file a claim with the mailing service used on your behalf. 

 - Please make sure that your address is correct on your order as that is the address we ship to. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. No exceptions. 

- If your order is returned to us for a return to sender, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to re ship the package. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- We are NOT responsible for additional taxes and duty fees upon arrival to you. If tax and duty fees are due, that is your responsibility as the customer. We are only responsible for the shipment of your package. 

 

CANCELLATION

 - If you are needing to cancel an order before it has been shipped please take note that we will charge a 15% restocking and cancellation fee.

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.

Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
